Medical events are the physical medium for expert physicians to impart their knowledge and experience to junior colleagues and trainees perfectly. Through presentations and hands-on training labs, the masters support the young surgeons to fast-track the development of their surgical skills. Likewise, it also allows young physicians to share directly their concerns and to interact with peers, which ultimately leads to the improvement of their hand gesture.

Events also permit industry sponsorship, and in return, the industry is able to showcase the latest medical technologies and innovations. Their presence gets a platform for the simulation of technical intervention, particularly in surgery and interventional medicine.
